A stainless and nickel clad honesuki with an O2 core. The blade has a kurouchi finish and is etched to make the core dark and add to the contrast. It starts off fairly thick and tapers to a fine point. It has a slight convex grind, which adds strength and better food release. The core is O2 steel, which is a high carbon steel somewhat similar to Aogami 2. The handle is octagonal and made from birch.
