Two fully stainless sanmai kurouchi Gyutos with powder steel Bohler M390 cores. They both have a traditional shape that is great for any all-purpose task. They are both thin and light, combined with the sandalwood and buffal horn handles, they have a great feel to them. The bevels are slightly convex and etched to reveal the sanmai pattern.
